Nice, 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo located walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Enter the condo from the building hallway into the open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has plenty of seating, a Smart TV (Streaming ONLY. No Cable), a fold out sofa bed and access to the deck. The dining room has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to cook during your stay. The bedroom and bathroom are located off the small hallway. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a separate sink area from the shower area. Chamonix is walking distance to Canyon Lodge for winter skiing and summer bike park. The complex has a rec room, 3 Jacuzzis, a summer heated pool and BBQ area. There is coin operated laundry located at the office and rec room area. Parking is outside and is first come first serve. 2 cars mazimum are allowed. There is no AC in the condo. There is a wood burning fire and electric wall heaters for heat.
