The bedroom has a king size bed, dresser storage and a TV. The living area has a comfortable couch and love seat, a wood burning fireplace and a TV. There is queen fold out couch in the living room that is great extra sleeping for children. Not recommended for adults. There is a full kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 people. The unit is all one level (780 sq ft) and you enter from an interior hallway in the Chamonix A building. There is one outdoor parking space available. Chamonix recreation room has a large screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball. They also have a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool & summer BBQ area. Reliable condo with an unbeatable location. We locked ourselves out of the condo one afternoon and maintence was willing and able to help us very quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy Mammoth stay!

This is our third time staying and the updated couches and kitchen table are wonderful. This location cant be any better and we look forward to continuing our tradition of staying here for our spring ski trips :)

Great value. Super close to Canyon Lodge - we walked to the ski lift every day. We had an issue with the water heater, and when we called, it was immediately addressed and taken care of. Being on the first floor, if there is a lot of snow, the place is darkish during the day as the snow blocks out much of the natural light. The free firewood was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. In this price range I consider this place a bargain.
