Enter the condo on the second story of the building from the outside hallway into an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a SmartTV, wood burning stove and access to the deck. The dining room seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed. The downstairs bathroom has a separate sink and shower area with a shower/tub combo. Take the stairs to the loft of the condo where you will find a queen bed and twin bunk bed set. There is a desk and flat screen TV. The loft bathroom has a separate sink and shower area with a shower/tub combo. The loft is enclosed except for the stairwell area and small opening to the living room.  Chamonix Condominiums has a recreation room with a large screen TV, reading area, ping pong, and foosball. They also have a sauna, hydro spas, seasonal/summer swimming pool and summer BBQ area.  Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. There are 2 parking unassigned parking spaces available. Chamonix 12 is a great location for enjoying Mammoth Lakes with easy access to the winter ski area and summer bike park. Internet and cable are provided but refunds can not be made for connectivity issues. Unfortunately, no pets of any kind including service animals are permitted in this condo or the Chamonix complex.
