The property sleeps up to 10 but might be a little tight for 10 adults. The primary bedroom has 1 queen. The second bedroom has 1 queen. The upstairs bedroom has 2 twins and the loft has 2 queen beds. The unit has 5 flat screen smart TV's. One in each bedroom and in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen in the condo makes it easy to prepare meals. The living room has comfortable sectional couch and a cozy gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV above it. There is free wifi available. The unit has large windows in the livingroom and bedrooms that make it bright and cheery. We had a great time, the skiing was EPIC! This Condo fit the 9 of us perfectly, you could even squeeze in a 10th if needed. 4 minute drive to the mountain or 15 minute bus/shuttle trip 2 minute walk to the bus. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the Host!

Extremely well-located condo in the heart of Mammoth. Literally 5 min from everything - Vons, restaurants, ski rental shops, all of Mammoth's ski lodges. It was clean and had everything we needed, including board games and smart TVs. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The townhouse is perfectly located, close to restaurants and the village. Rooms were great and the living space was very family friendly. We were able to cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in the heritage condos. There was plenty of space for our whole family and plenty of clean linens for all the beds and futons. The location could not have been better for Bluesapalooza, and the price was great!
